Well it was meant to be. Unfortunately as I hadn’t planned the day very well I was completely tied up by work commitments until late at night.
I managed to get a good set of pull ups in though:
- Band Assisted Pull Ups: 2 reps x 4 sets
- Wide Band Assisted Pull Ups: 2 reps x 2 sets
After which I’m afraid I collapsed into bed. Sorry.
I’d been up for 17hrs though and sleeps important.
